What is Telehealth?

Telehealth/Teletherapy is the delivery of healthcare services where patients and providers are separated by distance.  The use of secured virtual videoconferencing technology offers real-time two-way communication between patients and providers.

Access to clinical services is now more convenient than ever, and the quality of care is on par with traditional in-person services.  Before you proceed, please contact your insurance provider to confirm that telehealth counseling services are currently active on your plan.

Individual Therapy

You may be constantly connected to your family, friends, school, work or community, but there is also value in having designated space that is reserved just for you.  Individual therapy offers you an opportunity to pause all these and assist you in self-discovery and gaining insight that will lead you to change.

Couples & Family Therapy

Help reinforce your connections to each other while overcoming stressful situations.  Sessions are specific to your situation and often short-term.  Family members willing to participate may be included as needed.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Children and adolescents sometimes struggle coping with stress when going through specific problems.  If you are concerned about changes in your child's behavior, mood or personality, a therapist may be able to help.

Aging Adults

Aging adults can often feel overwhelmed when so many stressful life changes happen at all once.  It can be easy to feel afraid, sad, hopeless, frustrated or angry.  Therapy can offer a safe space to help heal and process difficult emotions while changing negative thinking patterns and developing more positive coping skills.

LGBTQ+

Affirming and supportive therapy services for individuals, couples or families that identify as LBGTQ+.  Some of the most common topics brought to therapy include managing relationships, understanding gender identity and sexual orientation, coping with social stigmas, bias, homophobia, and parenting a child who identifies as LGBTQ+.
