  • Your first visit is about comfort and clarity.

    1. We review your goals and what brings you in.

    2. Your therapist learns your story, strengths, challenges, and preferences.

    3. You’ll leave with a plan—how we’ll work together and when to meet next.

    Typical sessions are about 60 minutes. You can choose in-person or telehealth!

  • We’re in-network with major plans, including Aetna (Meritain/GEHA/Trustmark), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna/Evernorth, Humana, UnitedHealthcare/Optum (UMR/Surest), and Medicare Part B. Coverage varies by plan.

    • Use Verify Insurance, and we’ll confirm your benefits before your first session.

    • Self-pay is available (typical ranges published on our Insurance & Fees page).

    • We’ll explain any copay/deductible so costs are clear.

  • Telehealth sessions happen through our secure client portal (no special software needed).

    • You’ll receive a private link and instructions in your welcome email.

    • Join from a quiet, well-lit space with a stable connection to a phone, tablet, or computer.

    • Telehealth is available to clients located in Illinois at the time of the session.

    • Prefer Spanish? We offer sessions in English or Spanish.

  • We hold your time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late cancel: $65

    • Missed appointment: $165
