New clients can get started by calling our intake line (or submitting a request through our secure online contact form, if available). After initial contact, you’ll receive an invitation to our Therapy Portal to complete the intake documents electronically. Once submitted, our billing department verifies your insurance benefits and coverage. An office staff member will then follow up with a phone call to gather background information, match you with a therapist, and schedule your first appointment.
You will complete all intake paperwork electronically in the Therapy Portal, including: Client History Form, Client Information Form, Emergency & Other Contacts, Client Insurance Form, Consent for Services, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Payment Authorization Form.
Yes. We are in-network with several insurance providers. Our Insurance & Billing Specialist will verify your benefits before your first session and explain your copay, deductible, or coinsurance responsibilities.
Our practice partners with Medox Billing Systems. Each client is assigned a dedicated Insurance & Billing Specialist who can answer questions directly. When contacting them, please identify yourself as a client of our practice and provide your details as they appear in our system (TherapyNotes).
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available through our Therapy Portal. Simply log in at your scheduled appointment time. Please ensure a private space, stable internet, and up-to-date browser for the best experience.
We provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, with a focus on concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. We do not offer treatment for clients seeking services related to court mandates or substance use counseling. When those needs arise, we connect clients with trusted specialists in our community for appropriate care
Yes. Your privacy is protected by law. Information shared in therapy is kept confidential, with only a few exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law).
Yes. We maintain a waitlist when clinicians are at capacity. Clients are contacted directly by our team as openings become available. If we cannot reach you after attempts are made, we may remove your name to allow others access to services.
Yes. We provide services in both English and Spanish. Our website, intake documents, and Therapy Portal also offer bilingual options to help clients access care in their preferred language.
